New things

Hannah did a lot of new things this month.
She started going to a new babysitter since Lily will be born soon.
She was having a rough time getting the new rules down, but she is doing much better now.

She had to go to the dentist and have some work done for her first time. She did awesome thanks to the laughing gas and the best dentist ever. She never even noticed the needle.
After the dentist we took her to the zoo to try to keep her mind off of her numb mouth. She finally got to ride on the train and carousel since they were closed from the rain on the last visit. She picked what she wanted to ride on all by herself. She told us that it was for Aunt Monica.
On Saturday Hannah got to got to her first real Birthday Party for her friend Allie.
She had so much fun pinning the candle on the cupcake, helping smash the piƱata, and decorating her own cupcake to eat. Thanks Allie for inviting me, happy birthday!

That brings us to today.

Today was her first day of Preschool. Off and on all week, she kept saying that she didn't want to go then would change her mind and be so excited. So this morning she started off with not wanting to go. I finally convinced her when I reminded her that one of the neighbor girls she is friends with would be there too. She finally got ready and we headed out the door after the official "First Day of Preschool" picture.

But as soon as we got there she freaked out again, until Heather showed up and she was fine. Then she freaked out again when I tried to leave. The teacher had to pry her off of me since she had grabbed hold of me so tight. I had to leave her there crying, But I know she will have fun.

Dentist Visit

Hannah went to the Dentist last week for a normal check up. She brushed and flossed her teeth so good and even let the nurse take pretty pictures of her teeth for the Dentist to look at

Then as we waited for him to come in and check them, she got to play a fun video game

Unfortunately, she didn't get a very good review. She has 3 teeth that are chipped and needs to go back in 2 more times this month to get them "fixed". It sucks because they are obviously still baby teeth but what do you do when she won't get adult teeth for several more years. She now has special toothpaste at home to help make the enamel stronger and has her very own bag of flossers. Hopefully the visit next week will not traumatize her and make her hate going to the Dentist. Guess we will have to wait and see....

P.S. Hope you get feeling better soon Maxwell, We Love you!
